Our lockers come in two sizes:
- Medium locker (which holds at least two bags);
- Large Locker (which holds 3-4 bags).
Book your locker directly at the storage (payment is by credit or debit card only!).
HOW TO REACH OUR LUGGAGE STORAGE
From Porta Nuova Train Station
By bus: Take city bus line 73 from Verona Porta Nuova Station and get off at the "San Fermo B1" stop (6 stops). From there, it's a 5-minute walk.
Walk along Via Leoni, continue straight for about 150 meters, then proceed onto Via Cappello. Turn left onto Via Giovanni Zambelli, then right onto Vicolo Stella. You'll find the luggage storage on your right at number 12.
By taxi: The ride takes about 10 minutes, depending on traffic.
From Verona Valerio Catullo Airport (VRN)
By bus (Airlink + walking):
Take the Airlink shuttle (line 199) from the airport to Verona Porta Nuova Station (departures every 20 minutes, approx. 15-minute journey).
From there:

From the Arena di Verona / Piazza Bra
On foot: We are just 300 meters from the Arena, less than a 5-minute walk. Follow Via Anfiteatro, continue onto Via Stella, and finally turn right onto Vicolo Stella. You’ll find the storage on your left, at number 12.
From Juliet’s House (Casa di Giulietta)
On foot: The storage is about 150 meters away, a 2-minute walk. Walk down Via Cappello toward Piazza delle Erbe, then turn right onto Via Stella, and then left onto Vicolo Stella. You’ll find the storage on your left, at number 12.

Collect your luggage is very easy!
Enter the code you chose when you rented and reopen the locker!
Then collect your baggages and close it.
You can reopen every time you want within 2 hours from your payment.
Assistance
Warning!
Make sure you enter a correct Email to be able to receive your Code (check also the spam).
Do not use lockers left open. First book and pay then deposit your baggages in the locker randomly assigned to you (the incorrect use of a locker found open will result in 5€ charge and the intervention of assistance)

Are you late?
Don't worry, our luggage storage is always safe, your lockers will remain closed and only you will be able to open your locker once you have paid the amount due.
