How do payment and access work?
The Baggy Lockers payment system is 100% Cashless and fully automated. You can book in two ways:
- ONLINE (Recommended - Book in advance): Select your dates and locker size on this website. Pay securely via Card or PayPal and receive your access QR Code immediately by email.
- IN STORE (Last Minute): Use our Touch Screen Totem at the entrance. Enter your email, pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Contactless), and your QR Code will be sent to your inbox instantly.
Note: We do not accept cash payments.
Important!!
- Email: Please enter a valid email address to receive your access QR Code. You can use our Free Wi-Fi on-site if needed.
- Lockers: Only deposit your luggage after payment is completed and you have received your code. Never use lockers that are already open.
- Assistance: Our customer support is always active to help you with any issues.
How do I collect my luggage?
Luggage collection at Baggy Lockers is effortless: just scan your QR Code at the reader and your locker will pop open.
- Forgot something? No problem: you can reopen your locker as many times as you need within the first 2 hours without ending your rental.
- Final collection: Take all your items and close the door; the system will automatically end your session.
Note: If you exceed your booked time, you will be asked to pay the difference at the totem before the locker opens.

Can I arrive by car? Is there parking nearby?
The Baggy Lockers storage is located in the heart of the historic center of Alghero, in a Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL). For this reason, it is not possible to drive right up to the entrance. However, you can comfortably park just a 3-4 minute walk away at the Piazza della Mercede Parking or along Via Sassari, which are outside the ZTL and very close to our location.
Is it safe to leave my bags in the city center?
