Our depots are open 365 days a year. Visit the page of the city you are interested in in the useful information section to find out the opening hours based on the month of the year.
You can do it in two ways, both simple and fast
Do not fill the box / wardrobe more than necessary!
Do not put too many things in the same box / wardrobe so as not to block the lock. Otherwise you will not be able to free up your locker for baggage collection.

When booking after payment in the depot in via Roma 201 you will receive a ticket with a 6-digit opening code that will be printed by the system.
Don't lose it, take a photo for safety!
The procedure to follow to unlock the box/locker is as follows:
> Touch the display
> FREE
> Enter locker/box number > OK
> Enter opening code > OK
Without the opening code present in the ticket that is printed after payment and opening the box or locker you cannot reopen or free the lockers and therefore you cannot collect your luggage.
Don't lose it, take a photo!
The emergency recovery procedure for the opening code costs €5.00.
It is possible to book our lockers for a minimum of 1 hour of rental. The maximum time is indefinite.
In the event of failure to collect by you, or if you have not expressly declared that you wish to extend the storage, we will store the luggage and/or objects deposited for the following 7 days, with application of the relative daily price, at the end of which they will be destroyed, with the consequent charge of the costs incurred by the depositor.
If, however, you forget to collect before closing time (when present), we will store your luggage and you will be able to collect it starting from the day after reopening by paying for the additional storage hours, as required by the system.
In this case, you will have to pay the excess hourly rate to collect your luggage.
You can easily pay the difference with your credit/debit card and proceed to collect your luggage.

The reservation cannot be modified in the system.
Refunds and cancellations are always possible in case of error or in any case with notice within 24 hours of the day before check in, net of commissions (for payment with Stripe total refund €1.44, for Paypal €1.58).
Of course, our luggage storage is open every day and under video surveillance 24 hours a day.
In the event of human errors, for which Baggy Lockers is not responsible, any violation or attempted tampering that causes damage will be prosecuted.
In the event of proven machine errors and impossibility of assistance, the costs of the poor service will be borne by Baggy Lockers. Any type of vandalism or malicious act will be prosecuted in the appropriate venues.
Of course! After depositing your luggage you can reopen your locker by clicking "REOPEN".
This function is available for 60 minutes from the start of the rental.
For exceptional emergencies call us.
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit/debit cards.
Absolutely yes, 100%. Our luggage storage is under 24-hour video surveillance and the contents are insured up to €500.
As we were telling you, our luggage is 100% safe but in the very remote event of theft or damage, each of your bags is guaranteed for Euro 500.00 by the insurance company.
