Is online booking mandatory, or can I just walk in?

It is not mandatory: you can rent a locker directly at the self-service kiosk on-site. However, online booking is highly recommended as it guarantees availability upon your arrival, avoiding the risk of finding the facility fully booked during peak times.

I booked online but my schedule changed. Is there flexibility?

Yes, we offer maximum flexibility. If you arrive early, please contact our support immediately to adjust the start time. If you are late for pick-up, no need to notify us: the system will automatically calculate the small price difference for the extra time, which you can pay directly at the kiosk.

How do I pick up my luggage safely?

To retrieve your bags, go to the kiosk and use the personal code (QR Code or PIN) received via email. The system will recognize your rental and automatically open the door. If you have exceeded your booked time, the system will ask you to pay the difference before opening.

What if the location is closed or the door won't open?

First, check on the website if the location is operational (many are open 24/7). If the location is open, try pressing the unlock button usually located next to the entrance. If the door still doesn't open, call our customer support immediately: an operator will help you in real-time.

Can I leave my luggage for multiple days (long-term storage)?
